I pressure washed my wool rug in order to clean it, and within 12 hours realized I had made a mistake. The rug was browning and changing color. Paul called very quickly and offered to come asap to see if it could be saved. He was able to bring it back to the original color and keep it from being totally ruined!! We are so, so grateful. Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
Paul did an excellent job! He is very thorough and made sure all areas were cleaned well. I will definitely use them again.
