Carpet Pros are the BEST!!! I believe they are family owned & operated. GREAT COMPANY to work with. I needed 2 stairs & 2 doorways repaired. I recvd 2 quotes $350 & $300 from 2 other companies. Great communication and did an excellent job with our cleaning and carpet stretch.
Carpet Pros was very easy to work with. I called them about my area of carpeting that needed new carpet padding and to be relayed due to a plumbing leak. They asked me to submit them some pictures and they gave me a quote over the phone. They got me on their schedule quickly and arrived on time and fixed my carpet situation very professionally. I’m very pleased with this company. I would definitely recommend them.
Brandon from carpet pros came out to my house twice. They did such an amazing job the first time I had them come out again and address some other rooms. They removed pet stains, an unbelievable amount of paint drops both oil and acrylic as I am an artist, unknown brown stains, and made our 15-year-old carpet look almost new again. It will give us another few years with it until we can replace it. Brandon was so friendly and so capable, I can’t say enough good things about this technician and this company. A+
