Have them come out to my business every 2-3 months to clean our old carpets from the 90s. Always looks and smells amazing after they are done and they have been able to remove stains that are 10+ years old. Will continue to use Carpet Pros!

The technician (Will the first service a couple of years ago and David this past week) took time to discuss our needs and review the issues to be addressed. We were very pleased with the service that was provided, which included discovering where the cat had stained the carpet and treating those areas besides cleaning the rest of the carpeting. The cost was affordable, too and we were offered solutions to make it so. We are very satisfied customers.
