We recently had our carpets cleaned and Aiden & Kendra were our technicians. They did an amazing job! I would highly recommend.
While out of town with someone was watching our dog. The dog got into some Easter candy that my daughter had hidden in her room. Which then caused the to dog vomited on the carpet. It was left there for about a week. I have used Stanley steamer in the past, but I just happened to pass this company and their truck and our neighborhood and jotted down the number. Unsure about the service. The minimum service cost is $250. I had my whole place cleaned thinking they would do a better job than me renting a machine. I wasn’t “wowed” when the job was done and it left me feeling like I still need to rent a machine to go over some areas to get that “clean” feel. I feel like they maybe rushed the job having a few other customers to get to that day. I definitely feel like I overpaid and could have don’t the job myself.
My husband and I just moved to the area and were devastated to find our white fabric couch had been slid along the bottom of our moving truck without any protective covering. It was filthy with several grease spots, and we were concerned it had been ruined. We hired these guys to clean it, hoping for the best. It is now PRISTINE!😄 Scott and Wesley were also so friendly and professional. Could not recommend them more highly!
This was my second time using Carpet Pro Cleaners. As with the first time, Carpet Pro Cleaners (Zach and Daniel) did a fantastic job cleaning three carpets in my house. They kept me informed about their expected arrival time, explained the process in detail and were very professional and efficient. Best of all, the carpets look so much better!
