I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team did an outstanding job stretching, repairing and cleaning my carpets. Areas that had wrinkles look smooth and like new. They took the time to make the necessary repairs correctly, and the cleaning removed dirt and stains far better than I expected. The technicians were polite and efficient. They do a wonderful job on my carpets and area rugs. They were able to get the stains out from my puppy. Highly recommend them.
So satisfied with our service from Carpet Pro. They will be our go-to cleaners moving forward. We had a heavily soiled area rug (dog problems) and a very large sectional and they did an incredible job rejuvenating both and eliminating odors. It was hard work! The team, especially Aiden, are kind and professional. Will be scheduling for other rooms soon.
