Very late showing up and left with out telling me that there was brown spots on the carpet where they brought there equipment through the 2 nd floor window. The manager would not retur my calls./ I had a large review in writing but my computer lost it I would not use them. They can do damage and not tell you
This is the second time I have used the carpet police and they did a great job. I had a dog who peed on my carpet and they came in and worked really quickly but also effectively. They got the pee stains and the smell out of the carpet and it looks good as new.
