The carpet selected was supposed to be of superior quality, however, there is so much space that you can see the plastic. Alao, the padding does not offer much cushion. The installation tech left shreds of carpet, plastic, and padding all over. I don't recommend Carpet Plus. It was a messy job leaving much to be desired. Not worth the price at all!!!!!!
The company recently changed owners and we were hesitant but Gia and her staff were amazing! From the onset, she was responsive, took time to help us with selection, the prices were very reasonable and the finished laid carpet was amazing. We are very satisfied and it was the best decision ever using Carpets Plus. Moving forward, if we ever need carpet again, we will definitely use Gia and her team at Carpets Plus. Thank you!
Al Sadri is great to work with and they have very cheap pricing compared to other companies with quick installation. They have only installed carpet at my home however I have seen the high quality work they do and plan to use them in the future for any additional flooring work!
