Very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to flooring. Today I got my bedrooms changed from carpet to Hardwood floor, I am really happy with the service they provided will use them again in the near future. I recommend them. I was a little worried because they are under new ownership and rest assure they went beyond my expectations. Give them a try you won't find better prices.
The carpet selected was supposed to be of superior quality, however, there is so much space that you can see the plastic. Alao, the padding does not offer much cushion. The installation tech left shreds of carpet, plastic, and padding all over. I don't recommend Carpet Plus. It was a messy job leaving much to be desired. Not worth the price at all!!!!!!
The company recently changed owners and we were hesitant but Gia and her staff were amazing! From the onset, she was responsive, took time to help us with selection, the prices were very reasonable and the finished laid carpet was amazing. We are very satisfied and it was the best decision ever using Carpets Plus. Moving forward, if we ever need carpet again, we will definitely use Gia and her team at Carpets Plus. Thank you!
