Always amazing customer service! We have never had to ask them to come back but noticed the tracing of their equipment cord on our carpet this time after they were gone. They came back without any hesitation & we’re happy to fix it! So polite& professional! Will continue to use & recommend them!
Carpet patrol did a great job cleaning the carpets in my apartment. They showed up on time, communication was great and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will be a returning customer!
I honestly just can’t say enough good things about carpet patrol. I had a sump pump failure last week and contacted another “company” in town for water remediation. The first company came and started the project and then went out of town. My sump failed again a few days later; and Brandon came to my rescue. He showed up within 30 mins and immediately got to work. Levi came on the scene later and was extremely professional and helpful as well. I am super impressed, and they’ll ALWAYS be my first call.

It was no question on who to contact for our emergency water removal from a broken pipe on a sunday. They came out within the hour or less, got the water removed and started the drying process. Which was about 3 days and they came to check each day. Great communication & great staff!
