Jim was great to work with in the store, he was patient with us, and let us take our time, unbothered, while reviewing the selections. The installers and their lack of professionalism, however, are the reason for the lower score. They refused shoe covers and walked with their shoes through the house, then tracked dust and carpet pieces throughout. They left water bottles, damage to the baseboards and walls. IM SO HAPPY I FOUND CARPET OUTLET ❤️JIM THE OWNER REALLY KNOWS HIS BUSINESS! LOTS OF CARPET TO CHOOSE FROM AND PRICES WERE TERRIFIC! A MAN OF HIS WORD, INSTALLED BEFORE SCHEDULE LOVE MY NEW CARPET IN THE BEDROOMS‼️‼️❤️
600 ft² of carpet with stairs. Jim was very easy to work with. The installers were very professional and did their job with no messing around. No complaints on this end.
