Great selection at Carpet Outlet in Palatine! Jim was great to deal with & very accommodating with our schedules for rehab/renovations. Jason & Luis were very professional, prompt, & efficient. I couldn't even tell they were there installing new carpet in the whole upstairs. Very reasonable pricing as well. If you're looking for carpet, look no further!

Jim was great to work with in the store, he was patient with us, and let us take our time, unbothered, while reviewing the selections. The installers and their lack of professionalism, however, are the reason for the lower score. They refused shoe covers and walked with their shoes through the house, then tracked dust and carpet pieces throughout. They left water bottles, damage to the baseboards and walls.
