Look these guys are great, until you actually need to fix their installation problems! They installed our carpets and our hybrid planks. Within 12 months of installation we started to have problems with our planks, and approached them. Suddenly it's all our fault and they can't help. Note despite paying for 2 extra boxes of product so we would have spare planks just in case they left us with 3 planks.
