Carpet One (Redcliffe) provided excellent service, from the sales staff to the installer. All staff took the time to talk through the steps, without the pressure of a sale. I cannot speak highly enough of the team at Carpet One. My project was not straightforward, with more than one curve ball that impacted on scheduled install dates. Mel and the admin team were exceptionally understanding and supportive, working with each change with professionalism and courtesy.
