From the first day of visiting the showroom until the carpet was laid which all up was 3 weeks, we did not come across one problem. Everyone we spoke to from the showroom to the office ladies and even the carpet layer did an amazing job. Thank you .
We had Blackbutt hybrid flooring installed in bedrooms and stairs. The stair nosing turned out faulty and Carpet One and the Distributor argued back and forward whose fault it was. Fast forward (multiple phone calls) about 6 months and the installer finally comes and lifts the faulty nosing. After lifting them he finds out that the manufacturer has changed the size of the nosing. We are left for THREE weeks with a trip hazard on our stairs.
