We were having a good experience when we were picking out carpet and ordering. Everything seemed great until the installation. Keep in mind, we aren’t living in our house and we have two kids under two. The installers left things in our house on that weren’t on to begin with (air conditioner, radio, lights), and the tack strip nails were sticking up through the carpet all the way around.
