We had an exceptionally good experience working with Carpet One in Bend for the selection, scheduling, and installation of our new carpeting at the Plaza Condominiums in Bend. The owner, Tami, was extremely helpful and kept us in the loop at all times. She is a delight to work with. So too are the installers that work for her.
I’m very impressed with Carpet One. Super professional from the moment I walked in the showroom. Extremely knowledgeable, and I really appreciated the guidance on my carpet selection. The two installers were exceptionally professional, and did an excellent job (and worked very hard ). Highly recommend Carpet One.
Carpet One was excellent in finding floors that matched exactly like the ones that were installed in our house 5 years ago so we could remove the existing carpets in the bedrooms. They were very communicative and helpful in scheduling out workers that did a great job installing and making it flow seamless with the existing floors.
Capet One Floor and Home has a very nice selection of products. This was our second experience with Carpet one and all went well. Tammy was very thorough and explained our options well. The carpet and flooring arrived in a timely manner and the installers did an excellent job. We are very pleased with our experience with Carpet One and highly recommend them
