Tammy and her husband went above and beyond . Spent all the time we needed to explain all the carpet selections . quality , pricing ,warranties exc . Tammy's husband even drove to Portland to pick up our carpet and deliver it so the installers could start early. I recommend carpet one over any other flooring company ther is . Super pleased I chose carpet one to replace carpet and padding in my grandmothers home. Tami is awesome to work with and a quick communicator. We all begged my grandmother to not pick a certain color but she didn’t listen (basically white) and sure enough a few days after the instal she decided she didn’t like the color. Luckily with the beautiful Guarantee .. FREE OF ALL CHARGES the carpet was replaced with a different color that we chose. So so so happy grandmother and all. Thanks guys!
