Tami was great to work with and had great knowledge to help us find flooring to go with our existing hardwood flooring. We installed a hardwood floor a few years ago and wanted to replace the carpet in the master bedroom with a wood flooring to match. The existing flooring is no longer available and we had trouble finding a wood to match. Tami found a engineered hardwood that closely matched and the end product is beautiful.
I called in the morning to see if they would be able to take measurements of my home that day since we were leaving and boom they were there in the afternoon. Tami is great, very helpful and knowledgeable. Whole process went smoothly. Great communication. Definitely would use them again.
Would highly recommend Carpet One. It was so nice to have Tami as a designer to help us with our selection since we were clueless. Just like working with a friend.
I started my flooring replacement with a big store which all of you know but I won’t call out. Then I was referred to Carpet One and it was a world of difference. Tami is extremely knowledgeable and busts her keister to find what you want. I was in a time crunch and she went above and beyond to meet my tight deadlines. The service and product knowledge is leagues ahead of the big stores. Additionally she found me an excellent floorer who also went above and beyond. Great people who care!
Love our new carpet! The store owner was very easy to work with through the whole process and the pricing very reasonable. The installation job was a quality job. I will definitely be using them again for future needs.
