Tami was incredibly helpful in working with me to pick out the perfect carpet for our home! I was able to take several samples and I wasn’t rushed to get them back before I was ready. The three nice men who installed the carpet were efficient and conscientious. They did a great job with the installation and had to show me where the seams were because I couldn’t even see them! The carpet looks great in our place. We are very satisfied!
Wonderful customer service! We live 130 miles away from Carpet One and they were able to send us samples and help us choose the best flooring for our area. The process was easy, personalized and smooth. They were also able to keep the flooring for a until the the contractor could pick it up for us which was much appreciated. Highly recommend and we will return when we do our next project!
Highly highly recommend!! Tami was key in my floors ever getting done ;). I am very indecisive and was overwhelmed with it all. She was patient and knowledgeable and went out of her way (even bringing extra samples to my house!) to help me find the perfect laminate. When it was time for installation, her crew was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job!
