I had a very good experience with Carpet One. Knowledgeable staff in showroom, great selection, very and I mean very professional installers. Place looked like new when they left. I would certainly be a repeat customer if I ever need more work done.

Carpet One contracted to replace flooring in our restaurant kitchen. We gave them a credit card to pay the initial deposit ($2,520). The majority of the work was done in late May. Without completing the work, and without authorization from us, they charged the balance quoted in original contract to my credit card ($2,554). I have called them seven times in the past four months asking them to complete the work or refund the charges.
