Very nice store, lots of options of great flooring products. Friendly staff who went out of their way to help me. Will do business with them again.
Carpet One contracted to replace flooring in our restaurant kitchen. We gave them a credit card to pay the initial deposit ($2,520). The majority of the work was done in late May. Without completing the work, and without authorization from us, they charged the balance quoted in original contract to my credit card ($2,554). I have called them seven times in the past four months asking them to complete the work or refund the charges. Excellent service both in the store and installation. We plan on using Carpet One for future projects.
After promising us that the purchase and installation of our carpet for our home office would take 4-6 weeks; here we are 9 weeks later and still no carpet. Just a rude phone call from a staff member while they sit on our $1100 . Telling us that they are not going to refund us without a 35% restocking fee. Telling me that the reason they have not stayed true to their commitment to our order is because they chose to do commercial orders before ours.
