BEWARE....(1), Installer showed up late in afternoon despite RJ's, At Carpet One's, repeated claims he was going to show up at a certain time that kept changing. The installer said he didn't finish a previous job the day before and went there first. . However no one told me they were going to be late. We had 12 tiles crack with others beginning to crack. Justin came out and evaluated the situation and he is taking care of it. Initially I had a very negative experience and rated it as such but now to see how they are handling the situation I am very pleased and give them 5 stars. Justin was quick and efficient at solving the matter.
We had Carpet One in Bangor replace all of the flooring on our first floor with about 1000 square feet of LVP and including carpeting the stairs going to the 2nd floor. The salesman RJ was excellent to work with. Very patient and professional. Really knows his flooring. Mike and Dan did the install to perfection. They worked tirelessly for 5 days on the project perfecting every square inch. Mike had some great suggestions that really knocked the install out of the park. I had a very good experience with Carpet One. Knowledgeable staff in showroom, great selection, very and I mean very professional installers. Place looked like new when they left. I would certainly be a repeat customer if I ever need more work done.
