I guess it's a good thing I didn't find these reviews when shopping for flooring! Now, I don't know who Bob is, but I think Bob has a different place of employment. We decided to replace the laminate flooring in our living room with carpet, as the floor is too frickin' cold in the winter. I tend to be frugal with my money, as I worked too hard for it to spend it unneccessarily. t's been over a year since we hired Nancy's Carpet One to lay the tile in our home. Their Ardex salesman, (a tile product company), the store salesman, Bob, and the installer, Wade, came to our home and advised us what needed to be done to successfully lay this floor in our great room and kitchen. After almost $10,000.00 of our money spent on this floor, it is popping, it's not level, and tiles were laid uneven with numerous toe kicks.
