Recently visited this store to purchase flooring and was extremely impressed. The salesperson was knowledgeable and provided many options to choose from. They actually seem to have a larger selection than what we saw in Green Bay or Appleton. The owner actually stayed past closing on a Saturday and patiently answered our questions. We had issues with our floor that was installed a few years ago and they came out to take a look at the issues and without hesitation. Keep in mind that they were not our original installers.
