We were really disappointed with the quality of work through Carpet One, but even more disappointed with the aggressive and ride attitude of Tina and the customer service we received. We needed a couple tiles repaired in our kitchen, the existing files are older and not in a size that's commonly found now. but instead of being informed of that they just tried to replace the tiles with ones that were smaller, a different color, and most importantly already cracked. My experience with Ronnie and Megan (and actually all their employees) was great from start to finish. They were so helpful from the very beginning when they assessed the damage to my old floor and provided paths we could take based on what the insurance adjuster may say. In store, my interactions with the front desk and getting my floor picked out were great.
