I worked with Taylor at the Fayetteville location. I was looking for carpet for some bedrooms as well as a patterned carpet for our stairs. Taylor went above and beyond and even came out to measure on his day off. He had great follow up through all the steps of the transaction and even reached out after our install to make sure we were happy with it. Great Experience all around and I would definitely go there again should we have the need.

The carpet itself is very nice but the install part was extremely disappointing. Don’t get me wrong the carpet was installed properly but the damage left on my cabinets and floors from a spilt cup of coffee that wasn’t even attempted to clean up is pretty frustrating. The disrespect of spilling something and leaving it is baffling and I would have someone babysit the installers if you do decide to have carpet one do the install part.

We bought high-end carpet here for the “25-year” warranty. When my son’s carpet became stained, I told their employee multiple times it would be removed soon for an unrelated ceiling repair. The Carpet One employee came out, inspected it, and never mentioned the critical step that a third-party inspector had to see it before removal. I followed up with the both the store manager and employee several times asking for updates and each time reminding them we don't have carpet in the room and need to move our son back in soon.
