Complaint regarding Carpet One Warranty I am writing to express my profound disappointment with NWA Carpet One locations at Fayetteville, Springdale, and Rogers regarding their "Beautiful Guarantee." Despite following all recommended maintenance, my carpet has worn prematurely after only five years.
