Highest quality customer service! When my house needed foundation repair, this was the only flooring company who would take up and then reinstall my wood flooring; everyone else would only offer to sell new floors. I also purchased new carpet from them that is so soft! Now almost four years later, I'm wanting to replace the carpet in my new house and wanted the same carpet.
