Took 5 weeks to get an awful quote - 740 sqft for more than $5k! I let them know numerous times I was in a rush. At week 3 no one had come at all to do measurements, so I followed up. They said someone was coming a week after that. Again a week after the measurements were taken I had to follow-up to see when the quote would come, the rep hadn't even started and gave me some excuse and then asked me some measurement questions that should have been done when they came out.
