Yorkton Carpet one and flooring does not stand behind there warranty. My grandparents bought flooring from here. They specifically got it installed by them for the warranty. After 3 years the flooring started to fall apart. It took a full year to get them to even come look at the flooring. The flooring is a tripping hazard especially in concern for elderly people. Took 5 weeks to get an awful quote - 740 sqft for more than $5k! I let them know numerous times I was in a rush. At week 3 no one had come at all to do measurements, so I followed up. They said someone was coming a week after that. Again a week after the measurements were taken I had to follow-up to see when the quote would come, the rep hadn't even started and gave me some excuse and then asked me some measurement questions that should have been done when they came out.
