We dealt with carpet one when we had our rental home redone. The carpet installer toom photos of the inside of our house and posted them online, he also went through our drawers and left an adult toy on the floor. The owner replaced our locks after the police were called and we were threatened by the employee. They still charged us the full price of the installation even though it took them weeks to come back to finish. Be careful when dealing with the contractors (Jeremy LaChapelle) they will overcharge thousand of dollars by "mistake" good place to order matierals however not for getting work done.
