I called 5 minutes before closing time and got the Enterprise store instead of the La Grande one. The gentleman who answered the phone in Enterprise did not tell me to call the other store instead--he called them himself! In fact he made two phone calls on my behalf and then called me back with the answer to my questions. Outstanding!
