I’m giving four stars because the experience had a very rocky start and definitely could’ve gone a lot smoother from the beginning. Long story short, the first installer did a terrible job (see the first 6 pics) and was honestly very unpleasant to deal with — he barely used any glue and left the floor a complete mess. Do yourself a favor and don’t use Carpet One. Ever. This whole experience has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. We’re a health clinic — not someone’s basement — and we expected at least a decent level of professionalism. What we got instead was the rudest installer we’ve ever dealt with, who showed up with a bad attitude and did a rushed, sloppy job like he couldn’t wait to leave.
