Great service from start to finish! Lisa and Chelsea in the store were super friendly, professional and knowledgable. They guided us so we got the perfect carpet for our house. Really enjoyed working with them. The installer Israel and his help were very careful with our house and large furniture and did an excellent job installing the carpet. Not only does Prime Carpet One have the best carpet options, they also have some of the best prices. Now when it comes to working with the Prime Carpet One Team, Kelsey and everyone was professional, patient, and best of all their communication for the entire process was wonderful. We also had their team handle the furniture removal which they did perfectly without any issues. I and can't say and recommend them enough. Thank you for everything!
