From start to finish our experience with Prime Carpet One was exceptional! We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and Lisa the salesperson was knowledgeable and brought different samples our way. She also listened to our needs and made suggestions along the way. There were tons of samples to look through with a variety to meet anyone's preferences. Lisa was a very knowledgeable and patient salesperson as we searched through multiple types and colors of carpeting to find what would work best with the dogs in my house. She was very generous with her time and the attention she gave to this project. I hadn’t bought carpeting in years, and she recognized this and filled in the blanks, which made this a successful experience. Excellent customer service and product options. Took home several samples over the course of a few weeks and used the website to see what the flooring would like in our space. We chose a mid-level product and our installer mentioned many times how great of quality it was!
