Great service from start to finish! Lisa and Chelsea in the store were super friendly, professional and knowledgable. They guided us so we got the perfect carpet for our house. Really enjoyed working with them. The installer Israel and his help were very careful with our house and large furniture and did an excellent job installing the carpet. Lisa and I had a great experience with the carpet one team Prompt, competitive and did exactly what they said they were going to do. Hugo was exceptional and took a difficult pattern, and I still can't find the seam.
Everything from beginning to end with Carpet One Floor and Home was amazing! We worked with Kelsey and she was SO helpful and informative. The showroom has so many samples to choose from!! It was a seamless experience and we would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to have carpet or flooring done.

Just got a 12x15 rug made from carpet one and not only did it turn out beautiful at a fraction of the cost of any rug we saw for purchase, but the service was second to none. They also helped us stretch our basement carpet in a new home we purchased and it turned out perfect with zero lumps / bubbling when they were done. 10/10 recommend, and ask for Kelsey!
