Lisa Kalnas was a very knowledgeable and patient salesperson as we searched through multiple types and colors of carpeting to find what would work best with the dogs in my house. She was very generous with her time and the attention she gave to this project. I hadn’t bought carpeting in years, and she recognized this and filled in the blanks, which made this a successful experience. Lisa was extremely helpful and patient. She helped me to find the perfect carpet. Instillation was very well done and my carpet is beautiful.
Our wood floors look beautiful. The house looks and feels like a new home. Linda the manager was great.Linda helped with picking out the wood and carpet for a runner. She really was amazing. The guys who laid the wood and carpeting were very professional and thorough. Also they did a nice job cleaning up afterwards. We are a repeat customer. We highly recommend Carpet One in Schaumburg.
The only carpet store that charged for measuring for carpet, but what really annoys me is the unprofessional individual they sent to do it. He knew I was in a hurry, but this complete stranger insisted on telling me that he used to be a Sunday school teacher, but he doesn’t celebrate Easter anymore, and his family persecuted him for it.
