I have ordered carpet several times. I have worked mostly with Stacey but the other sales staff are great too. I have only great things to say about the service! From the measurements to the ordering and then the installation. Everyone was helpful and efficient. Finished product is always amazing

I had a great experience with my purchase and installation of luxury vinyl from Carpet One. They were able to install over my existing flooring so that the whole first floor has seamless transitions. They were also very accommodating to my schedule for installation even completing the project in 2 days rather than 4!
Been having carpet installed for over our 50 year marriage this was the best experience ever ! The guy came alone had our Carpet done in less then 2 hours cleaned and swept entire room! Best experience ever ever would recommend them to everyone! Also John was so nice to work with when making choices
