Keven is so easy to work with! We have used Carpet One for the last 30 years whenever we’ve needed carpet! And Mike is the greatest carpet layer! Very satisfied!!!
Went in months ago to get a specific flooring transition and they were very helpful. Went back this week to price out more flooring. Every visit has been a great one. Great service and reasonable prices.
Kolten was amazing and helped me pick the best flooring for my laundry room. He made sure I was educated on why the flooring would be the best pick. Fransisco came in and installed the flooring. Fransisco had his work cut out for him with the weird shape of the room. He went above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them both.
Bought two homes, and both times we used Carpet One and worked with Keven. During the installation of carpet in the first home, I noticed that the installers were on their phones a lot. Over an hour one day, and then the middle of the day one guy used our bathroom to change into a suit at 10am and then left. I let it go because I’m just trying to get my house done.
