The staff were awesome, helped me pick out an affordable off cut to do a custom stair runner on our absurd stairs and it finished off my efforts at redoing the entryway beautifully. Installer was lovely, collaborative, on time and cleaned up everything before having me check his work. Will happily work with them again.
Carpet One recently replaced the carpeting on our stairs and entire second floor. Midge was phenomenal in helping us find the right carpet - we took a bit of a risk with a plaid print but we absolutely love how it turned out. The way the crew lined up the pattern on the stairs and seamlessly throughout the 2nd floor was outstanding! This was my second great experience working with Carpet One in the past 3 years.
I had a lot of delays on my project, but Midge worked with me to help reschedule (a few times!) without any hassle. Everyone was easy to work with and they got the carpet installed within a day. They definitely put the customer's needs first and it was much appreciated!
We just had our basement carpet replaced and it is so wonderful. Cassandra was so helpful and she even managed to bump up our installation. The gentlemen who came got rid of our old carpet and put in the new within 6 hrs! So efficient and cleaned up any mess. I highly recommend this company. Great price and customer service.
My wife Francine & I attended Carpet One in Belleville looking for some carpet for our garage landing. We were introduced to Midge the flooring specialist and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were advised that we would need to return at the end of the day in order to have the carpet cut. Unfortunately this was not going to work for us with our schedule.
