My wife Francine & I attended Carpet One in Belleville looking for some carpet for our garage landing. We were introduced to Midge the flooring specialist and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had laminate installed on our lower level house (approx 1200 sq'). Firstly, the greeting and assistance Tabitha provided in choosing our floor and verifying our plan was perfect. She was courteous, professional and patient ensuing we got the best flooring option. The quote and guidance provided on our self-demo was equally satisfying. Bad advice, worse product Our builder sent us to CarpetOne to select the flooring in our new house. Although we mentioned countless times that we liked to cook and would like a product to take more abuse in and around the kitchen, CarpetOne offered us only laminate flooring, at the time when (later we found out) all other flooring retailers offered waterproof vinyl at pretty much the same price.
