Bad advice, worse product Our builder sent us to CarpetOne to select the flooring in our new house. Although we mentioned countless times that we liked to cook and would like a product to take more abuse in and around the kitchen, CarpetOne offered us only laminate flooring, at the time when (later we found out) all other flooring retailers offered waterproof vinyl at pretty much the same price. Great team at Carpet One in Belleville, Ontario. The sales team was very responsive with pricing and samples as we worked our way through the selection process. Even though our project was delayed multiple times, Carpet One stored our product until we were ready to ensure there was no hold up on installation. The installers were fast, professional and very knowledgeable about how best to install a very unique carpet material. We would engage them again without hesitation.
