Scheduled a Friday afternoon appt. Guy didn't want to work the afternoon on a Friday so he calls and let's it ring once and hangs up. On a restricted number btw so can't call them back. Guy goes home to start his weekend early and leaves me hanging with no service. I call the main office and they say they tried to call but I didn't answer. Blamed it on the customer. Will never use them again and I suggest the same for you unless you like getting stood up as a customer!
