I ordered flooring from Carpetmart in Camp Hill. I worked with Chad. He spent a lot of time explaining what was needed to go along with the flooring including the product that needed to go under the new flooring. It took him a long time to convince me that I needed quarter round along with my baseboard. When my flooring came, the installers said the baseboard was not ordered, I needed to pay for this before they would install. This was all covered in the ordering process with Chad. Mr. Brian Heim helped my husband and I pick out beautiful carpeting. He came to our home and measured everything. Due to furniture that is being shipped to us he agreed to hold our carpeting until close to the arrival date of furniture. Thank you Mr. Heim for working together with my husband and I.
