I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with James “Shiloh” Preciado and Carpet Man based on our experience. From the very beginning, Shiloh assured us that he would personally be on-site during the installation of our flooring. He was not. The entire installation was performed by a subcontracted crew. More importantly, Shiloh assured us that the existing tile in the home we had just purchased would not need to be removed before installing the LVP flooring we purchased through Carpet Man. Worked with Doug and he was very helpful and quick response, the crew that did our house was kind, hard working and fast! Best experience we could hope for when getting our new floors put in. Very happy we went with The Carpet Man!! highly recommend ****EDIT UPDATE 9/4/26****** we had our toilet flood and soak underneath these same floors and without hesitation Doug jumped into action, sent his guys out same week and repaired it in no time.
