From beginning to end, my experience with the entire Carpet Man team was absolutely phenomenal. Can not recommend this company enough. We had a horrible experience with a business less than 2 years ago and was having to replace our floors already. We really had a bad taste in our mouth and they completely changed our outlook. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were professional, worked hard and was able to get the job in a very reasonable time. Update to original review: Carpet Man of Orange Park did a great job of flooring my 2 story home. They took up tile in the foyer and kitchen and laid LVP throughout the whole home. Installers did a great job installing and were great coming back to make some minor fixes. Very happy with the service from the installers and management team. As a business, I am happy with Carpet Man.
What a great experience we had with this company! We had some flooring fixed that had some damage. The new floor looks fabulous and you can’t even tell anything was wrong with it. Thanks so much Jeremy!!
Salesman Steve is a fast talker and doesn’t do follow up. I had to confirm my install date. I had to ask what prep was needed as the homeowner. We were not advised on any level how messy this job would be. We had to get a hotel room as our whole 4200 sq ft house was covered in dust! There was no way we could say there. I was told I would be given info on how to clean my new LVP and cleaner would be left behind. I had to ask 1 week after install how to properly clean the floors. No follow up on any issues.
