We couldn't be happier with our experience! We stopped by on a Wednesday, selected our flooring samples, and Shiloh came out that Saturday to take measurements. The entire house was installed in just one day. The flooring looks absolutely beautiful, and the quality exceeded our expectations. We had received a couple of estimates before visiting Carpet Man, and they beat both of them on price. Excellent service, great value, and a smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
From beginning to end, my experience with the entire Carpet Man team was absolutely phenomenal. I was already in the works to get new carpet for two rooms in my home through a big box store when someone suggested I check out Carpet Man. Can not recommend this company enough. We had a horrible experience with a business less than 2 years ago and was having to replace our floors already. We really had a bad taste in our mouth and they completely changed our outlook. Not only did they do an amazing job, but they were professional, worked hard and was able to get the job in a very reasonable time. Update to original review: Carpet Man of Orange Park did a great job of flooring my 2 story home. They took up tile in the foyer and kitchen and laid LVP throughout the whole home. Installers did a great job installing and were great coming back to make some minor fixes. Very happy with the service from the installers and management team. As a business, I am happy with Carpet Man.
