Not the greatest! I wouldn’t go through these guys again! The guy that came here to take measurements told us they would neutralize any areas that needed to be cleaned! Never explained they were contractors that came to your home to install the carpets. Both days my husband ended up vacuuming and cleaning up the floors himself! If he didn’t do this, they would have installed brand new carpets over the piles of dirt left from the old carpets!! Not very professional! Especially after paying Almost 4,000 for 3 new carpets! Super knowledgeable, incredibly friendly staff and the best of the best when it comes to installers.
The team at Carpet Lover Plus truly are great! They helped me with a service issue (carpet stretching) that has been an issue for years due to faulty install (not their install another big brand that I would not reccomend). The team that came out was knowledgeable, helped me understand an underlying issue, and were honest. I WILL call them first for my next flooring job and reccommend to everyone! THANK YOU!!!
