Unfortunately it appears their the reviews are earned. Very poor experience even though I was going through the Costco program. In the end they were going to charge me for over 200 sf of carpet that they attributed to waste on an installment of about 480 sf. When questioned the salesmen, after making me wait for over a week, stated that Costco margins are razor thin. I called and asked for someone to come out and measure to buy a carpet. They sent someone out and everything was seemingly great. I didn't love the selections offered, but I made a selection and made the purchase. It went super smooth. Then they started calling me telling me they didn't have the carpet I ordered and asking me to come in. I was a little confused by the messages left. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I choose a remnant piece of carpeting to have a runner made. I was aware that they would have to piece it together to get my desired length. I specifically asked the store manager, David Robbe, if the seam would be apparent. He replied that I may be able to detect it, since I know where it was. He also said nobody else would notice it.
