Kathy and her team at Carpet Ladies were amazing. First Ken came out with samples to my St. Petersburg home multiple times until we found just the right luxury vinyl plank flooring and luxury carpet to match. Kathy then got the order in and delivered in less than two weeks during the "supply chain crisis." She coordinated the two teams doing the flooring and even arrived in person the day the project and started to pull up flooring herself.
