We had vinyl plank flooring installed in November 2023 and I noticed it was buckling in September 2024. I contacted the owner and he is blaming the floor, Happy Feet and they are blaming the fact that my husband uses a mobility scooter as the reason for the buckling. We have had vinyl plank flooring in the past and never had an issue. I have asked for his insurance information to be able to file a complaint but he refuses to give it to me. I am not happy at all!!
Joe is an expert on carpet. We've been doing business with them for years.
Everything was great! The installers were very attentive and professional. Very happy how it came out! Definitely recommend!
