One of the worst sales people I've ever experienced. We walked in and were so overwhelmed with the unorganized options. We described what we were looking for seeking guidance throughout the store and we were shown 1 section with the most expensive carpet options. We kept pushing describing what we wanted; receiving little to no response or direction. We were then shown 1 piece of carpet but were told the only sample to see a gray color was not in the store. Great place. Very efficient and a nice selection of flooring. Order only took a week and installation less than a week later. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
