Very nice people great selection of carpets, hardwood floors and bathroom tile. Reasonably priced flooring products.
They rescheduled our first appointment, then didn't show up for our second, and nobody answered the phone for 4 hours - I had to drive into town & flag down one of their drivers. Their installer comes that afternoon & starts working with no apology. He says his vacuum is broken & he doesn't have the right nails, so he leaves it to us to finish the transition strips & clean up the scraps. Just unprofessional at every level. I'm giving them two stars instead of one because the carpet at least looks good
