I got my carpets cleaned last week. first they were almost an hour late and seemed like they were rushing through because they weren't here long at all and left in a hurry without saying anything. I asked about stain removal on a couple spots (And also asked over the phone when i made the appt) and was fully okay with any type of extra charge for it. but I guess he just felt like he didn't want to do it or didn't have time becuase I still have all the same spots I started with and am so so bummed you can't even tell they wer... read more
