Super rude and desperate. They missed my call then texted me and then called me twice. On the second call I was able to pickup and asked for a quote. They said they don't give quotes, which is fine. But then the guy went on to tell me how others just read their reviews and if I knew how to do that I should know better than to look for other places but it's up to me. To say I am impressed with the work that Kevin did is a complete understatement. He took his time and did and exceptional job. My couch looks as it did when I first bought it. He is genuinely one of the kindest people I have ever met and most professional of course. I would recommend Kevin and his business a million times over!
