I was very pleased with the service we received. I was called from a very nice customer service rep and scheduled an appointment after going over everything. I added on after seeing the work and got my furniture done and one room stretching. Pricing was fair and gentlemen where polite and charming. I referred them to my church family!!!!
Recommend from a friend, great prices and quick service. I've used their carpet service twice now and very satisfied. Shawn was my technician both times, along with another young man. Keep up the work floor pros!
Satisfied with service and prices , got my whole house cleaned for $129 and they were very friendly.

They Recent Did my Carpet and They did a Very Very Horrible Horrible Job and they did it real fast without taking there time and Plus one of the Carpet Guys Was Very Very Rude and he had the Nerve To Take a Big Dump in My Bathroom and it Stunk Very Bad and I tried to Get my money Back and He Threaten and My Family. Received another unwanted telemarketing call from this company. They are STILL in violation of the FTC Do Not Call list. They said they are allowed to call people that are listed int the local phone book. BS!!!
Ive used this company for all my carpet needs and they have always been helpful. Ive used their services and technique for years and will continue to do so! Thanks
This company is very unprofessional to say the least. My Eureka vacuum malfunctioned and I was given this place as an authorized dealer. I dropped my unit off around June 16th and I haven't even received so much as a phone call from them and it is now Aug 13th. I keep calling and either I am told the repair person is not in or I don't reach anyone. I called Eureka back to complain and when they contacted this place they were told the manager would be out until Sept 1st. So we are talking 3 months just to fix a vacuum cleaner... read more
This company is in violation of the FTC Do Not Call List. Spoke with the person that called and she said they call people from the local phone book and do NOT get a list from you of people that don't wan't sales calls.
