Sam the carpet cleaner, supposedly cleaned my carpet: It looked the same as it did before he cleaned it! He charged me for service not rendered!! He's a scam artist!!!! Everything he said was a lie, and he couldn't even arrive at the scheduled appointment time. I don't trust him at all!! He should not be in business!!!

I was very pleased with the service we received. I was called from a very nice customer service rep and scheduled an appointment after going over everything. I added on after seeing the work and got my furniture done and one room stretching. Pricing was fair and gentlemen where polite and charming. I referred them to my church family!!!!
