Do you want the good or the bad?The good: Quick and expert installation. Professional job, looks great!The bad: Customer Service. If a friend were to ask me if Id recommend the Carpetbagger, Id be reluctant. I was more than satisfied with the overall results, but the journey to get there was not easy. Cancellations, no-shows, unresponsiveness, and less than friendly service (not the installer) were a real turn-off. It could be I just had a bad experience. Better luck to the next guy or gal.
Prices are very competitive. The owner is very helpful. The selection for tile is not plentiful, but owner says he can get most tile via special order - and still offer a discounted price.
