Working with 22 year employee Greg Smith. Told him 3 times to not overship with extra SF Ended up with 175 sf extra, $690.00 They said we ordered special order ( this flooring has been mfg for 20 yrs by Cortex) Said we cannot return Greg Smith is a liar and miss led us to believe him Along with his office staff they play a sharp game. No indication they you cannot return un- opened box’s of flooring , even if you deliver it at your cost RV- Florida

The quality of the carpet is far superior to what we could have afforded from one of the big box stores. Yes, there was a problem with our carpet-but they handled it with honesty and speed. We had to wait for a new shipment, and when it became available, we had to ask them to hold it because of a death in the family. I was first drawn to Carpet Express because of their competitive price points, but their real value is in their people. Please ask for Carol, she was fantastic. Her customer service and communication were flawless and she handled every detail to the nth degree. The freight shipping and delivery instructions were exactly as she informed me and went off without a hitch. Absolutely WONDERFUL! I was having a difficult (impossible) time finding a certain vinyl flooring that had been discontinued. I inquired at Carpet Express (along with many others) to no avail. After giving up, some time later Debra sent me an email that she found it! I never expected that a company would “stay on the hunt” as Debra did. WHAT AN EXCELLENT display of customer service.
