Working with 22 year employee Greg Smith. Told him 3 times to not overship with extra SF Ended up with 175 sf extra, $690.00 They said we ordered special order ( this flooring has been mfg for 20 yrs by Cortex) Said we cannot return Greg Smith is a liar and miss led us to believe him Along with his office staff they play a sharp game. No indication they you cannot return un- opened box’s of flooring , even if you deliver it at your cost RV- Florida

I purchased a good mohawk carpet ($32/sq yd) from CarpetExpress.com on 8/13/2018. The salesman was very helpful and the transaction was smooth. Thats were everything good stopped. * I received the carpet on 8/18/2018 and it was defective, it had stains throughout the rug and the pile was missing all over the rug among other things. Great customer service! I shopped around for a specialty puzzle carpet and checked prices everywhere. Carpet Express was the cheapest by far for that specialty carpet I was looking for. Tracey, one of the sales people there was exceptional and stayed on top of my order and its delivery. You just don't get customer service like this anymore these days.
