Carpet Express is #1 for customer experience. They are easy to deal with and personally guarantee their products and services. The product selection is excellent.
Had our estimate canceled and rescheduled on us three times. We rearranged our schedules each time to make sure we were home. The third time, they didn't even call in advance to let us know they weren't going to make it. We will try somewhere else.
