Excellent, In this day and age Service is a thing of the past, not here. Ashley and Brandon are knowledgeable and are there to Help. Joe the installer was great, no issues or complaints. Will use again in the future. Recommend 100%

Respected my house and was professional. I’ve had some bad experiences lately when people do work in my house and they came through with good old fashioned customer service! Highly recommend!

Brandon and Stephan of Carpet Express in Olean, NY provided excellent information and installation of new kitchen flooring. Just like Karen Hull said in her review….
