We couldn’t be happier with the luxury vinyl we purchased from Carpet Exchange! From the start, Stephanie was welcoming, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We did run into a small hiccup — the wrong color was loaded into my car at pickup, and we didn’t notice until we got home. But the team handled it without hesitation: they sent someone to our house to swap it out and had the correct flooring delivered the next day. That kind of service is hard to come by. We’ll absolutely be back!
To be honest, I've ended up pretty unhappy with my floors. I was charged $2300 over the original bid in the name of leveling out the floor. Of course, the original bid already had built in extra cost to cover this possibility, but after the carpet was torn out (and the sales manager was conveniently out of town), I was told I needed to pay that much more.
