Friendly, helpful staff. We were greeted at the door for a discussion of our project. A broad selection of options was available with consideration for our budget. We were provided with multiple samples to take home. Very pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
Told me they can sell samples and then I showed up and they tell me they can’t help me when I arrived with a 15 minute buffer time. Wasted my time and they lied, guy didn’t care at all.

This was an excellent experience. We were looking to update our home office with some fun carpet tiles. Jeremiah showed us the area of the store to let us explore, and gave us all the technical details we needed to make a decision. Perfect for our needs.
This particular review is for Omar & Tommy, who did the carpet install at our Arvada house on May 7, 2025. These two are some hard working guys!! They also are super good at fitting perfectly, while being very careful of the rest of the house. They are super courteous & friendly. In other words, they're GREAT!
