Sorry I gotta give them one star! Do not make any important plans with this company! Total incompetence, layered on top of arrogance. I ordered engineered hardwood for a level of my house more than a month in advance of my move-in date, paid for it, and was told it would be in in one week and that I could pick it up any time. Not a good experience. They are dishonest people. They billed me $400 extra to move furniture and claimed I approved the charge. I had already agreed to $140 for them to move furniture. This was a 2 bdrm appt. that had no large furniture left in it. The installers thought it was a good idea to toss the old carpet out the 5th floor window into the parking lot. The HOA was called and these guys were surprised this was a problem. No one was injured and no vehicles damaged thank goodness. The installers claimed to have had to us... read more
We came in last weekend to find carpet and tile for my daughter's house. She had no idea what she really wanted but Diana Sara quickly came up with the perfect samples based on just a few comments from my daughter. We loved the results and were there less than 1/2 hour. Thank you Diana!
I went into the Cheyenne Carpet Exchange on March 17,2013. I was recommended by many of my friends, custom home builders, and Scott Foster. I was told to ask for Dianna Sara, and that if she wasn't there to come back when she was. I am currently working on my master bathroom, and hall bath. Miserable experience with scheduling due to mistakes made by the salesperson, Jim: promised time was missed twice, installation finally took place a day late causing much inconvenience to us. Carpet quality is excellent but the price was no better than a locally owned store; installation was excellent, very professional. Too bad the same can't be said for the salesman or the scheduling person, neither of whom even apologized. The store manager covers for him, says I should go directly to her next time. Thiefs, and lyers! If you don't enjoy having companies take money from your checking account without authorization or so much as a courtesy phone call go somewhere else. I spent $2000 there and it took nearly a month just to get a sorry and a lame excuse that their salesman by mistake looked up my credit card number and ran it without my knowing but to bad for that I owed it and all I got was sorry we stole from you.
