Had my carpet done..took the workers less than 40 minutes to do. Ok I read on the web site typically it takes 8 to 10 hrs to dry it's now 15 hrs later and the carpet is still wet!!! Dirt spots still remain..unbelievable. When I talked to Adam on the phone told him we had cat stains on the rug..it'll be taken care of. Right ok the cat stains still remain. I should of got my trusty Hoover out and did it myself. There will be no next time!
