The service is not worse the money I paid for vinyl tile on My kitchen floor. After one year the tile was breaking and coming apart where they joins together. I called and speak with the manager and she refused to replace it. Told me I had to pay for it. It should've still been on warranty. I paid $1,900.00 for the kitchen floor on May 2021. The tile was put together poorly because I noticed it Made a cracking sound right after they did it when walking on it. Will not deal with them anymore. Waste of money.
Very Poor Service. After going in to schedule and discuss in person, an appointment was made to check the area from 10-12pm. I waited the entire time and they never showed up. Yes indeed, their carpets look really durable and are for a good price, but the customer service, especially, to me being a person of color was very poor. The gentleman seemed unconcerned and didn’t take my approach seriously. I regret taking his business seriously.
We made an appointment and the people came and the worker was nice but the boss gave him the wrong material and started fighting with his worker on the phone. Then he said that he wanted to charge us more than the regular price. Don't buy from this store.
