Buyer BEWARE! I wouldn’t even give them 1 star!!We had Carpet Direct out last October to replace all the carpet in our house. Steve our salesman was hard to take and after issues with the carpet coming up the installer Luke had to come fix several times we decided to give up on this company. Our stairs look AWFUL and worn after not EVEN one year! We are having another company come replace them! Chuck the owner is full of excuses! He wouldn’t come out and look at the issues. Lied 🤥 to are face about replacing carpet that they sold us. That was falling apart not very long after the Initial install. (Came out multiple times to try to fix the problem when they couldn’t fix the problem they told us they were going to replace the carpet and we have been drug along a string of lies for the last six months and still nothing has been accomplished.
