We had a great experience with Mark Kelly and Refined Floors from the time we first met with Mark and throughout the delivery of the flooring and installation of new flooring in the first floor of our house... Mark gave great advice as we were deciding what flooring to choose, and his pricing was very fair. He followed through well throughout the process and resolved small issues when they occurred. Unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I had carpet placed on the stairs,3 bedrooms and FROG plus hardwood installed on a hall and landing. Wanted to support local business. At first, you could not shut 2 doors from the threshold. When they repaired it, they left oil? all over my freshly painted door. I didn't say anything. Next, a huge seam appeared in the master that runs from the bathroom door to across the room. Mark said they should have not put the seam at the door.
