Refined floors were a great experience for us. They were super knowledgeable and made the process really simple. Great installation team. Professionally done. I would definitely recommend them.
We had Refined Floors refinish our hardwood floors and are very happy with the results. The quality of the work was outstanding and the floors look stunning. The owner of the company, Mark, was very responsive throughout the process answering questions promptly and making scheduling easy. The work team was absolutely fantastic, especially the lead technician Ricardo, who was clearly very knowledgeable and took great care to make sure was done to a high standard. They were professional, efficient, and respectful of our home.
I recently had Refined Floors install refinished hardwood flooring in 2 bedrooms and a large family room. They also replaced a less than satisfactory kitchen floor that had been installed by another company. Refined Floors exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. Mark made the initial visit, explained everything thoroughly, and gave an "on the spot" estimate. The crew was very professional and the gentleman who installed the flooring was a true craftsman. I do not hesitate recommending Refined Floors!
