Bought a carpet for a bedroom. Paid $1500 for carpet and installation. 5 months after the carpet was installed the carpet had worn and was told it was not covered under the manufacturer warranty. This company does not use quality carpets. Had to remove the within a year. Totally dissatisfied with this company and the carpet they installed. Customer service did not help.

Jeff was great! Helped pick out GLORIOUS wood flooring! Because of the shortage in truckers we waited for many weeks...he kept us up to date every step of the way. It finally arrived and looked so great! There was a problem with the install...but Jeff personally made it right and we are so pleased!!! The flooring is beyond our expectations and has changed the entire look of the house! So worth the wait!! Would highly, highly recommend!!

Spent thousands on a floor that started coming apart in less than a year. Warranty process was lengthy and kicked blame around until Carpet Direct claimed they were not at fault and it was the fault of the installer who changes from year to year under franchise. I was not reimbursed a cent and would advise not going with this company. Completely scammed with poor installation and cheap materials.
