I Have been working with Karen, Ivey and Jamie for many many years. They’re amazing to work with and go above and beyond with every job and take the time to do it right. They have a great selection of carpet, tile and flooring. I’ve used them for everything from new construction installs, remodels and just custom rugs for a bedroom. I’ve never been disappointed in their work!!
We've make numerous updates over the years and Carpet Design Center has provided great sales and service. We trust them with all our flooring needs.
I needed to replace my carpet. I worked with Karen to choose replacement that closely matched my existing carpet in the house since it wasn't that old. She told me she had found a good match and then she seemed to just disappear. Wouldn't return my phone calls or anything. Her own mother said she didn't know why she wasn't returning my call. I would NEVER recommend Carpet Design Center due to their unprofessionalism.
